We carefully verify the products and pack with love to get that smile and customer satisfaction. However, exchange is acceptable only for any damage during transit post validation from us. For any claims, please share uncut box opening video for our verification within 3 Days of receipt of the product.
Please note - we do not offer returns or exchange unless the product is damaged in transit or incorrect.
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Shipping & Costs
Please note the following regarding the return of the original item at the time of exchange:
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange item back to our warehouse.
Courier Charges: All shipping costs associated with the return are non-refundable and must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept "Cash on Delivery" (COD) for return shipments.
Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow us 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
